Meditation usually refers to a state in which the body is consciously relaxed and the mind is allowed to become calm and focused.
Sometimes we find it hard to balance work and play.  Every year we decide to integrate positive changes into our lives and this programme can help you do just that.   Discover, learn and practise many techniques to help you relax, revitalise and renew your energy and live life to the full.  

Meditation can improve your concentration and help you to cope more successfully with challenging situations and people.  You will learn and practise breathing and meditation techniques, creative visualisation and positive affirmations.  You will discover how you can use a Head and Shoulder Massage sequence, Aromatherapy and Reiki to enhance your relaxation.  Refreshments provided each week.  You will also be given weekly notes which will develop into a comprehensive manual to help you keep practising at home.
